Therapeutic Coaching
Rachael is a specialist speech and language therapist registered with the Health Care and Professions Council. She facilitates communication as a registered intermediary in the Criminal Justice System and also works in an adult autism diagnostic service. She has completed numerous courses in mental health, coaching and she always enjoys reading books on self-development.
Rachael offers therapeutic coaching to individuals who would like help with improving their wellbeing.
Rachael can help people with eating well, exercising regularly, creating a tidy peaceful home, life/ work balance, and relaxing. These sessions can take place in her soothing garden room (preferred) or potentially at another venue that suits both parties. These sessions often go hand in hand with some of the other services offered.
The Flow Living therapeutic coaching model is a mixture of coaching and therapy which integrates neurolinguistic programming (NLP) with elements and benefits of therapeutic approaches such as person-centred, solution focused and psychotherapy. This can help you to consider some of the reasons you may feel stuck.
Rachael is there to enable you do some quality, generative thinking. Sessions are based around a conversation but may also involve paper-based exercises. Sometimes, there may be simple tasks or specific thinking to be done between sessions. The process might feel gently challenging at times, but always in a respectful, kind and supportive environment.
Rachael is a trained Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner. Alongside this training, she has attended training ran by City Lit University, Human Givens, MIND and Intermediaries for Justice. As a Dru Yoga Teacher, she can also apply her knowledge of yoga to help with visualising and creating the life you want.
